Refund policy

We want you to love your Valé piece. If it's not quite right, returning it is free and easy.

Free returns within 15 days

• You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
• Returns are free: we cover the return shipping cost.
• Please send the item back in its original condition, with its gift box.
• Once we receive your return, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

1. Email us at contact@forvale.com (or use our contact page) with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with your free return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using those instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have (for free) and place a new order.
