We do our best to show our products' colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small differences in handmade or personalized pieces are normal. Some products may be available in limited quantities.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we'll contact you using the email or phone number you gave at checkout.

5. Personalized items

For personalized or engraved items, you're responsible for checking your custom text (spelling, dates, names) before placing your order. We'll make the item exactly as entered.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

7. Jewelry care

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid water, perfume, lotions and chemicals, and store each piece separately. Normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse, aren't covered by our return policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Valé. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

9. Third-party links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Valé isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
