Shipping policy

Free shipping

Every order ships free to Canada and the United States, with no minimum.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in about 8–15 business days. Each product page shows its own estimated delivery dates. These are estimates: carrier delays, holidays and peak seasons can sometimes add a few days.

Order tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days after shipping to show updates.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order ships, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help you find it. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Duties and taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside Canada, any customs duties or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
